This app is for PGN gas customers, specifically for the Household and Small Customer segments. It provides billing information and bill payment methods, automatic meter reading reporting, commercial, technical, and financial service requests, customer complaints, Gas Volume Voucher monitoring for prepaid customers, PGN and product information, inbox notification features, subscription progress, gas points and redemption delivery status monitoring, and gas subscription registration.
Service request features include:
1. Commercial Services: changes to ownership data, changes to customer groups, unsubscriptions, bill installments, and overpayment refunds.
2. Technical Services: temporary shutdown, re-routing, gas meter replacement, and reinstallation.
Provides convenience and informative features regarding activity status, including subscription progress, self-report meter readings, and submitted service requests.
