Worst app / service. Here is the reason: many sport activities (like skiing) have special offer when one buys online. But when you buy online, you can't split the cost so that some goes on your card and the rest on another. To split the cost, I will have to buy at the cashier (which means loosing their offer). The previous service I had was much better. The other issue is you don't have clear instruction for declaring transactions. The app is not intuitive.

Hej och tack för att du återkom! Angående delbetalning online förstår jag dilemmat. Tyvärr ligger ju den utvecklingen hos det mottagande företaget, men jag tar upp det med IT. Vad gäller kvittoredovisningen i appen vet vi att flödet kan bli ännu bättre och vi jobbar just nu på att förtydliga processen ytterligare. Tack igen för bra feedback!

No language options in the app. No way to use Google translate either. As a non Swedish speaker given the eden red card by my employer, the app is useless if I don't understand it. No back buttons when opening pages from the different cards either. Would be nice to have articles or ideas in the app for inspiration about what the card can be used for. Map is pretty useless. Pins just show names, no indication of what the place does or offers.

Hi and thanks for your review! Sorry for not providing the app in English. No back buttons as the navigation is found in the bottom of the screen. Your benefit is lunch and/or wellness, and the card can be used for those purposes. The name of the pins on the map hopefully tells you whether it is a food place or a place to buy some kind of wellness.

Map doesn't work. And doesn`t allow for a list too be shown. The loading times too just change view in the app is horrendous. The app feel more like a proof-of-concept than a functioning product. Why is there no website? All of the functionality in the app could more easily be handled thru a website which would support normal computers. Registering a manual transaction can't be done in the app and has too be handled thru a separate webpage that is a basic form, giving a very clunky feel.
