Fixes to the booking flow:
- Cancelling your own booking no longer says the lawyer left the transaction.
- Review & Pay no longer gets stuck on a loading screen after you change lawyer; if the transaction cannot be loaded you now see why, with Try again and Choose another lawyer.
- Live updates to a transaction now reach the screen reliably, so status changes appear without reopening it.
