There is the option for customer service assistance but there is no one to actually assist you... There is no information as well if their SCA would be available to help 24/7. I just want to know how to change the profile Information but there areno options... I can change my review and give a higher rating but it's a bit frustrating.

Hi - why I can't sign up please? I'm in New Zealand. Does it need to be in the Philippines only? It says when I put my number, it says - "TIPS: System is under maintenance" I have been trying for days now, still the same outcome. Thank you.
