Outstanding - my wife & daughter love it We've been using it on and off for the last few years (the app just keeps getting better every year). My wife uses it for weight loss, and I've had some great progress with increasing my strength and mobility. I'm getting old you know.. anyway, the app is totally personalised, so I receive exactly what I need to do (so it takes the guess work out of how to be healthy),my wife loves the recipes, food planner and all the "excellent/great/good" food ratings

Such an interesting and enjoyable way to engage for better wellness. Encourages the user to pursue all the aspects of a healthy life, with suggestions for a healthy body, a healthy mind, personalised food recommendations and recipes to match. Fitness also is featured, but personalised by type, time, tempo. The material is relevant to the individual. This was offered to me by by employer as part of a corporate wellness program and was purely optional. I have enjoyed it so much that I am continuing, with some of my friends, family and staff. This app is easy to use - it's the type of social media health interaction that a very nice feel. Shae app support is very good. There is a very gentle approach, with very strong content and support. It is extremely good value.

A lot of great info for my personalised health, but the bug in the food diary is driving me nuts. No idea what time zone it is going off, but it's always a half day/day ahead, making my food ratings, macros, and cals impossible to track.
