About this app

Pharmixy is a complete pharmacy management system for independent pharmacies and small chains. Point of sale, batch-level stock control, purchases, customers and reporting in one app — and it keeps working when the internet does not.

WHAT IT DOES

• Point of sale
Ring up a sale in seconds. Search by brand or generic name, apply a discount and VAT, and take payment by cash, card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, customer credit or a split of several. Stock is drawn automatically and an invoice is produced.

• Batch and expiry control
Every batch carries its own expiry date, purchase price and selling price. Sales draw stock first-expired-first-out, so the shelf clears in the right order and less is lost to expiry.

• Expiry and low-stock alerts
See what is running out and what is about to expire while you can still act on it. You set the thresholds.

• Purchases and suppliers
Record supplier invoices, part payments and outstanding dues. Supplier contacts and balances stay in one place.

• Customers
Customer contacts, loyalty points and outstanding credit, attached to a sale in one tap.

• Prescriptions
Record patient, prescriber and dispensed items, and track each prescription through to completion.

• Reports
Inventory valuation, expiry risk and sales performance, calculated from your own records rather than estimated.

• Works offline
Everything works with no connection. Changes queue on the device and sync when you are back online, so a dropped signal never stops a sale.

• More than one device
Sign in on the counter tablet and on the owner's phone. Each device stays current.

Export a full backup whenever you want. Delete your account and everything in it from Settings, permanently, without asking anyone.

SECURITY

Traffic between the app and our service is encrypted; the app refuses unencrypted connections outright. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and never in readable form. Each pharmacy's records are isolated from every other pharmacy's, and access is checked on the server on every request.

The app asks for internet access and nothing else — no location, no camera, no contacts, no storage, and no advertising or analytics SDKs of any kind.
