About this app

The Pharos Print app makes it easy to submit, manage and release print jobs, securely, using your Android device. To use this app, a Pharos secure print solution must be in place within your organization.

With the Pharos Print app, you can:

Submit print jobs from your mobile device.
Apply finishing options before you print.
Preview your document(s) before you print.
View all documents in your Pharos secure print queue.
View your available funds and job cost (when applicable).
Release print jobs to the printer (if configured).
(NEW) Select printers for release by scanning QR code (if configured).

Everything seems okay but... The logging in part of this app is a complete mess. Having to log in every time I want to print something makes things stupidly tedious and long, there should just be a "remember me" option to skip that. To make things worse, logging in is completely bugged in its own right! Every time I try to log in, it does the gray loading screen and circle, then kicks me back to the login page. It should not take over 12 tries for a CHANCE to finally see that printing menu.

Did anyone try using this app before releasing it? It's excruciatingly slow, sometimes doesn't accept files at random, not really intuitive to use. I can go on and on. Use something else if you have the choice. If you're stuck with it like I am, (thanks my lovely institution who has the word "technology" in its name) good luck!

It refuses to upload any files at all and its stressing me out because this is the only thing my college uses to print things and my printer ran out of ink and I have so many things to print for finals. Please fix this.
