Had been working fine for the past several months. Out of nowhere the app promps a "Request Timeout" message and doesn't allow me to do anything. Uninstalled, then installed it back and now it won't even let me sign back in. "Request Timeout" keeps popping up. Also Prime Video is now saying we're using a VPN when we are not, it won't allow us to watch anything on their subscription. Is Team Pharr Net using recycled IP addresses? Please help folks!

the application does not work 90% of a time. gives you time outs and says your account doesnt exist. overall its a horrid experience to use this application. they should just make a regular browser website to control and view connected devices.
