this app was useless. it seemed to only want to harvest information. you had to confirm both phone number and email address, then it won't let you advance unless you allow push notifications. once I did all that, I find out you can't shop through the app. you can't order anything or even look at their inventory. not only that, once I put the app on my phone, their website refused to load on my web browser, locking up while trying to redirect me to the non-functioning app.

this app is completely useless. It can only be used to track reward points and nothing more. There's no browsing or ordering options available and its in desperate need of an overhaul. I find no point in having an app that fails to allow ordering or any other options that competitor apps easily offer. Compared to the brick and mortar location, this app has failed.

Rewards issued in the app CANNOT be redeemed in the store. The budtender even showed me the system lists our discounts but will not allow them to use the rewards
