Their technical teams are very slow in resolving customers' problems and their Educational Pin Purchase is zero. if you buy either WAEC or NECO PIN, the PIN is supposed to be sent directly to your phone or it should be with the receipt

Charging N50 for every customer deposit is very discouraging, especially someone like me that is using it for personal purposes. But I admire your offline services it works very well and smooth. Instead give us just a percentage that's reasonable, that N50 is key 🔑

They're scammers, they took my money after I made a subscription and I spoke with their customer care but they also ignored me
