Worst ever!! So many bugs. When I contacted the support, it says, "yes, those are bugs, you just have to wait for the next release... for another couple of months" and all I need is to reset the temporary expiration period of the passcode for my friend. And a lot of time, I can't even delete the one that's expired already.

This is the worst doorbell app I've ever had the displeasure of using in my life. It was also the most expensive doorbell I've ever purchased in my life at over $750, which is an absolute crime. It takes 50 years for the live feed to load (if ever), videos never save properly, impossible for me to be notified of a doorbell ringing other than a silent notification that is only visible if you're already watching the dropdown notification list. Absolutely HORRENDOUS.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.. Never seen a $1000 smart door lock and not be able to remotely unlock the door..... Don't waste your money
