I love being able to place my orders ahead of time, but so often, the app is so buggy that it fails to even load. It's very slow. And the whole gift card system could use improvement: the ability to purchase a giftcard from the app - not just in store or on the website. And they should also be scannable once they're in the app so that you can pay in person without having to read aloud the giftcard number when paying. I also wish the calories were listed with the drinks, just like the food items

The app runs very poorly and I have a top-tier Samsung device released in the last year. It used to run well but something was broken in an update and now it's slow and stutters when I scroll the menus. Also half the time I open the app it gives me an error about accessing data and then force closes, and when I reopen it has forgotten me and I have to log in and choose my store again. +1 star because I can technically still order a drink but it's so annoying that I just use Peets instead.

App experience has been bad. I need to relogin every time I open the app on my phone as if I had just downlaoded the app the first time. None of the preferences save like what I order to pick up at each time I use the app. It just defaults to the one closest to me even though I set the my preferred one as a favorite. Also the app didn't save my customizations for the drinks at times. One drink I ordered defaults to iced so I changed it to hot. After payment, the order reverted to the default.
