LOVE PHILZ! The app changes are great in theory, and I get there are some kinks to work out BUT: I can't enter my b-day. It wouldn't recognize my 1st acct so now I have 2. It'd be nice to Not have to select the location EVERY TIME the app is opened. By the way, Kouign Amann is amazing but it should NOT be as hard as a hockey puck! Not sure what the deal is with your bakery choice or storage method but it should be soft and pliable. Instead, it cut both my lip & gums just trying to eat it.

The app is great, but I don't understand why the earliest pickup time is always 30 minutes out regardless of how busy or quiet the store is. I've placed orders, then drove for 15 minutes, only to find out the store hasn't started the order yet because pickup is still 15 minutes away. I'd understand if the store was busy and that was the earliest availability, but it's definitely not.

Thanks for sharing this feedback and apologies for the frustration! Each Mobile order has a designated pick-up window that is chosen at checkout. We try to accommodate early pick-ups when possible, but our teams aim to complete drinks at the selected time to ensure each order meets our quality standards. We'll take your feedback into consideration!

I've been using this app for about an year. I just switch my phone and was worried that my information wasnt going to transfer over but it totally worked! I know its not a perfect app (like i cant order pastries) but considering how long the lines are at philz, Im very happy with this app. I actually have never had any problems with my orders (unlike what some people have said..). Looking forward to what Philz is working on releasing!
