Use Phiro Neo mobile app to:

Manage Time Off and HR Requests
• Submit leave, permit, or other HR-related requests
• View request status and approval progress
• Check available leave or request information, if enabled by the company

Manage Attendance and Work Activity
• Review attendance or activity records, based on company configuration
• Submit attendance, shift, or activity-related requests, if enabled
• Update work progress or activity reports from the mobile app

Activity Tracker
• Submit activity checkpoints as required by the company
• Capture real photo evidence for activity verification
• Capture location only at the time of checkpoint submission
• Help HR or authorised reviewers validate that an activity was performed at the required time and location

Employee Information and Company Directory
• View basic employment or personal information, based on access rights
• Update selected personal data through an approval process, if enabled
• View colleague or company directory information, if provided by the company

Notifications
• Receive notifications related to request status, approvals, activity updates, or company information
• Stay informed about important HR and operational updates from the company

Security and Access
• Access is protected by username and password
• User access is controlled based on company role and authorisation settings
• Data access depends on the modules and permissions enabled by the employer

To use Phiro Neo, users must have an active internet connection, a valid Phiro Neo account provided by their employer, and a registered username and password. Camera permission is required to submit photo evidence for activity verification, while location permission is required only when submitting activity checkpoints that need location validation.
