"oops we've got a snag" seems like it's a 50/50 chance on if the app will work. Have full 5G service and or on Internet, yet it's always telling me oops we've hit a snag and won't load anything. This really has got to get fixed. Changed it from 2 starts to 1 star because it's been half a day and I still can't access the app. And they're "customer service" is non existent. It's a weekday during business hours and nobody is around to answer or help. Unbelievable.

Ryan, we are experiencing a DDos attack from a foreign actor. Cloudflare has found the issue and they tell us it'll be another 20-30 minutes. Your calls and messages will be saved in our db and we will push it to all accounts for a full sync. But the API which says "we've hit a snag" on your screen, it being attacked. We will alert you asap

Nothing but missed calls!! 😞 Sadly you guys STILL don't see to understand the issue I am having. (See Douglas Smith's 7/5/24 review) I am SUPER clear that your app doesn't replace my native Android phone app. 🤬 The issue is that unless I have your app open & my phone active your app will not tell me when I receive a call! Seriously this makes your app & your service pretty useless! I can receive calls on Google Voice, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype without these apps being open & active.

Hello Crystal, I think there's been a misunderstanding on the type of app Phone2 is. We don't replace your native Android "Phone" app. Phone2 is a completely separated phone system, aside from the SIM/carrier phone services provided in your native "Phone" app. And we don't intend merge the two. As near as I can tell, if the app isn't open on your phone, and I mean front and center, you don't get notified of phone calls. I know I have missed at least one. But every time I go to the app, the light next to the phone number goes from red to green. This suggests to me it isn't connected. I'm probably going to have to find a new service.
