Ratings and reviews

Will not answer incoming calls. Cannot reply to incoming texts, not even to STOP further messages from a specific sender. Half the services I try to get Authorization codes for do not allow "this type of phone number" (IP phone) even though that is how the service is marketed. But definitely, not being able to answer the phone is the most annoying issue. App freezes while line is ringing!

"oops we've got a snag" seems like it's a 50/50 chance on if the app will work. Have full 5G service and or on Internet, yet it's always telling me oops we've hit a snag and won't load anything. This really has got to get fixed. Changed it from 2 starts to 1 star because it's been half a day and I still can't access the app. And they're "customer service" is non existent. It's a weekday during business hours and nobody is around to answer or help. Unbelievable.

Stay away! Help is scarce, and they won't refund you when they have issues and can't provide the service to you. Too many issues with the app. I have been complaining since Day 1 of dropped calls, and it's been several months, and they still won't refund me! Stay away from this service and app! You've been warned! Uodate: I have reached out on numerous occasions, and my messages get ignored mostly, and some answered with no resolution.
