Awful, requires credit card to book & has poor data security. Worst of all, you CANNOT delete your payment info & personal data once entered. App is a data grab, no functionality, no ability to cancel, or schedule appts for more than one person. If you want to schedule yourself & 2 kids, you'd need to dl the app on 3 devices. Mentality doesn't answer their phone & has a msg pushing you to the app when you call. Good barbershop, but there are others just as good without shady app requirements.

system is archaic, doesnt give any leeway to cancel or reschedule. tried to call in this morning to do so, but no one answered. sure its a fantastic barber, but dont make people download an app to get in contact with y'all! 👎👎👎

Not convenient that I have to install an app to make an appointment. Website doesn't allow to make an appointment and a very annoying pop up for this app
