The Phosphoriales method is the result of a long action research project that began in 2006. It combines the principles of Design Thinking, Facilitation, and, more recently, AI. Its aim is to equip managers and consultants with collaborative methods that foster both everyday and disruptive innovation within organizations and communities.
The Phosphoriales method is available in French, English, and soon in Spanish.
The application is organized into two distinct sections:
1) A blog that shares news about the various sources of inspiration for the method.
2) A dedicated section focused on certified training programs:
Training Program 101: Design Thinking and Facilitation for Collective Intelligence
Training Program 102: Facilitation, Heuristics, and AI for Innovative Project Management
Training Program 103: Becoming a Facilitator in Participatory Innovation
Participation in programs 101 and 102 is a prerequisite for obtaining the Phosphoriales label and the skills certification issued by the ESC Clermont Business School Group.
At the end of the training, which takes place mainly remotely and/or in person, participants will be able to benefit from a license to use Phosphoriales tools and a support service useful for the development of their professional development.
