Ratings and reviews

It took 5 attempts to sort out one of the books as several photos wouldn't upload which was annoying as I had already completed two other photo books first and over three quarters of the photos were the same. Having ordered before through website, I have always been pleased with quality and customer service. I hope this was a one-off.

The app is well designed with an easy yo navigate user interface, but it had issues swapping photos out in the calendar I've just made. Each time I selected a new photo, the old photo remained. This became very tedious as I then had to trial and error so many workarounds to get the photo I wanted to come through, which included resetting the app multiple times and restarting my phone!

This seemed easy enough to make, edit and decorate, until it told me that a file wasn't supported in the final upload - and froze. I had to completely start again, which is beyond frustrating. It worked fine the second time, I just wish there was more app support as the help desk dint respond.
