The app allows only piece-by-piece date changes. It's pretty basic, and the creator offers no data use agreement. You open the app, and immediately you can change dates on a picture. Ability to change dates in batches, rather than one at a time, would elevate this into a 5-star app.

Altho this looks so simple, it does NOT *edit* your existing files - it creates entirely new copies with the chosen date, in a dedicated folder titled "DateTime". Plus I was really interested in adding a date to a gif as well, but it just turned the gif into a jpg instead.

It works! I was about to uninstall because it worked once then kept crashing every time I tried to open a picture, but I realized it works but not with pictures with high resolution, that's why it crashed.
