Ratings and reviews

Face swap is gone which I really don't understand. It was the main reason I used this app and probably won't be resubscring to Pro again. It was literally the best feature in the app and no other app could live up to it. If you have that sort of technology, why deprive people of it? Because you want your software to be a photo editing software? I'm sorry, but I don't use faceapp for photo editing. l use Picsart for that. It seems like the developers have lost touch with their user base.

Picsart has many functions and uses that I'm grateful about, however, Picsart lacks undoing when moving things, Picsart cannot use custom ratios and size while making collages, picsart lack even a basic 3x2 collage grid. Picsart, for years, the only way to maintain asprect ratio of an image to expand it, is to expand in all directions. Having an option to expand it in one direction is much, easier. Why can't I find your blur brush, it's so commonly us Don't sacrifice usability with fun.

I really enjoyed using this app, it's easy to find your way around it BUT my Designs kept disappearing from my library which is very frustrating. I contacted the support team several times but they were unable to fix the issue. Unfortunately, that problem makes the app unusable as you can't open and tweak your designs, you have to start from scratch. I was advised to reinstall the app which resulted in loosing all my designs.
