Ratings and reviews

Worthless app. To login, you can register fingerprint, but it only takes you to the login page and still requires 2 factor. Then from within the app if you go to MyChart, it takes you through the login and 2 factor process again. It's easier, faster. and less cumbersome just to visit MyChart online, no purpose to the app at all.

When I 1st joined Pres Senior Care, I thought the system supporting Pres was an absolute challenge, to say the least. I could never count on being able to log in. It made me crazy! Luckily, it's much easier now. I have only one issue: I find it so annoying to be composing a message to my Doctor, only to be interrupted (while deep in thought) every 2 minutes by an abrupt message saying you will log me off in so many seconds unless I tell you to continue! Then, no return to where I was!

this app is very useful when it comes to looking at charts, labs, and making appointments. however there's always a problem with loading certain areas or simply taking way too long to load.
