This is the BEST! I can view test results. Send messages to, get messages from my care team. Schedule appointments, cancel appointments. It's like carrying your doctor in your pocket at all times. It even takes you to WEB.MD sites and explain what the test are all about, how the test is done and any other important information you need to know before you go in. This is just the Best!

When I 1st joined Pres Senior Care, I thought the system supporting Pres was an absolute challenge, to say the least. I could never count on being able to log in. It made me crazy! Luckily, it's much easier now. I have only one issue: I find it so annoying to be composing a message to my Doctor, only to be interrupted (while deep in thought) every 2 minutes by an abrupt message saying you will log me off in so many seconds unless I tell you to continue! Then, no return to where I was!

can not get on to my space and when I ask for help they tell me to call some else than the office. very disappointed. then I can not find out results for tests run.
