It takes forever and a day to load at login and between options within the app. Also, you cannot navigate between apps without getting kicked off. This defect is very inconvenient when trying to add appointments to a personal calendar.

The app seems to fuction well. However it's seems pretty dumb that at least 50% of it is just links to the web browser portal that you have to re-sign into to access. What is the point in having an app if it's not fully fuctional? Additionally, why isn't this just integrated into MyChart. Why is it a whole separate thing?

We're building the single sign-on functionality as we speak, so you won't need to log in a second time when you link out to one of our additional resources. We are also working with our MyChart team to streamline moving back and forth between patient information and health plan information.

Never works. Always asks for some code. But to get said code you need to call some number. So I call, but every time they say they can't help but that I already have the code. How can I receive a code when the instructions say call them to receive a code then they never give it to me. After that the person on the other line just wants to argue. Typical worthless customer service of today's age!

What’s new

Updates to make myPRES Member Connect easier to use:
New help form for Spanish-speaking members, better screen-reader support, faster pages, a new link for Marketplace plan payments, and a Tap to Dial button on the ID card.
We also fixed an issue where some members saw their plan marked inactive by checking both start and end dates.
