I can never sign in to this dumb app. Username correct password correct. it will take me to internet windows then back to app all for it not to sign in.

you can really tell they fired their IT department because nothing on their mobile app seems to work. can't even log in. it is a frustration. I just hate now

When I 1st joined Pres Senior Care, I thought the system supporting Pres was an absolute challenge, to say the least. I could never count on being able to log in. It made me crazy! Luckily, it's much easier now. I have only one issue: I find it so annoying to be composing a message to my Doctor, only to be interrupted (while deep in thought) every 2 minutes by an abrupt message saying you will log me off in so many seconds unless I tell you to continue! Then, no return to where I was!

What’s new

We've improved sign-in and verification experiences, fixed issues that could interrupt access to Benefits, Bills and Claims, and Health and Wellness links, and resolved problems with viewing ID cards. We also improved keyboard accessibility, updated pharmacy information for eligible members, and simplified Contact Info for patient-only accounts.
