Ratings and reviews

this app is very useful when it comes to looking at charts, labs, and making appointments. however there's always a problem with loading certain areas or simply taking way too long to load.

you can really tell they fired their IT department because nothing on their mobile app seems to work. can't even log in. it is a frustration. I just hate now

Mostly useless since I can't access MyChart though this app. Being logged into the app doesn't authenticate you to MyChart, and the WebView that opens for that second authentication doesn't support passkeys.
