Presbyterian patients and members can manage and access healthcare resources and benefits in one convenient place. You can:
- Access your medical record through MyChart
- Find care options using Get Care
- View your plan coverage, prior authorizations, and coverage history
- Check the status of a medical claim and review your claims history
- Contact health plan customer service
- View, download, print, and share your Member ID cards
- Manage online account access, communications preferences, and security settings
- Pay bills
- Sign up for Advanced Care Planning
Depending on your plan, members may also be able to:

It's annoying when viewing test results. Once exiting one test result, the app goes back to the main page instead of the Tests page. App is laggy.

The App does not accommodate users that are not tech savvy much at all. Also the appointments can't be added to your personal calendar so with 7 kids that does not work well for me.

The app seems to fuction well. However it's seems pretty dumb that at least 50% of it is just links to the web browser portal that you have to re-sign into to access. What is the point in having an app if it's not fully fuctional? Additionally, why isn't this just integrated into MyChart. Why is it a whole separate thing?

We're building the single sign-on functionality as we speak, so you won't need to log in a second time when you link out to one of our additional resources. We are also working with our MyChart team to streamline moving back and forth between patient information and health plan information.
