Phyn lets you speak the language of water. Monitor how much water your family uses every month, day, hour - even in real time. Be alerted the minute a leak occurs and turn off your home's water with the tap of a screen, from anywhere. Daily diagnostic "Plumbing Checks" assist you in maintaining your home's plumbing system and catch tiny leaks before they become big problems.

Water use:
Phyn lets you stay on top of your family's water use so you can stay ahead of your monthly bill. View water use monthly, daily, hourly.

Leak alerts:
Phyn constantly monitors your home for leaks and potentially harmful changes in pressure and temperature. As soon as an issue is detected, Phyn sends you SMS and push notifications to tell you what is happening and gives you the power to turn your water off to mitigate water damage.

Shut off:
Turn your water off to mitigate damage in the event of a leak. Or, use the app to turn off your water remotely when your home is not in use.

Plumbing Checks:
Phyn runs daily diagnostic checks to give you and your plumber insights into your plumbing so that you can ensure that your system is watertight.
