If the app actually worked half the time it would be great. usually when I login it'll take forever to actually show my network, the devices on it, etc. it will just sit there with nothing listed. I have to keep going in and out of the app for it to work or completely logout and log back in. Then I'll set time limits for my son and they start working in the beginning, but then they just stop applying even though it says there is a time limit, it won't show the Internet is paused.

service great, app...not so much. it keeps telling me "there was a delay in the network" for every tab. I cant use the app for anything

This app is basically useless. Make it where I can pay my bill on the app please!! It's so hard trying to go through your website, you have an app for no reason at this point.
