#1 good plan pricing. #2 friendly and professional staff #3 pretty good app... I just wish it had the pick up option on the app... instead of having to go to the webpage in a browser. The office is pretty conveniently located for when I do have to have to actually pick up something. Office was clean and staff was awesome!

This app used to be great, but it doesn't work anymore. No way to refresh your inbox to see what new mail you have, no way to remove envelopes from your inbox or to shred them. Just click buttons and nothing happens. All the functionality that used to be in the app just doesn't work anymore. Unfortunate.

I have used other apps in the past but this one has the best interface on a browser and attractive annual subscriptions. They have been quick and very dependable and not too expensive even for forwarding. I will keep for a long time.
