About this app

This app allows you to efficiently count your inventory and sync with Microsoft Dynamics GP. The following features are available.
1. Item Number/Description IntelliSense. Start typing in the item number or description of the item you would like to count and a list of items that start with those characters will display for you to select from.
2. You can sync all items that have been counted or a subset. if an item is lot tracked, you can also sync at the lot level.
3. Multiple users can be counting at the same time. Each user can view their own recent counts and edit them if needed.
4. When comparing counts to GP inventory, un posted inventory transactions are accounted for. For example if an items on hand qty is 3 and there are two un posted inventory transactions for that item with quantities 5 and -1, we will report that item's on hand quantity as 7.
5. Security is managed by Dynamics GP Web Services. You can setup active directory users with rights to use Dynamics GP Web Services or you can setup a active directory group to manage rights.
6. Demo mode is available to allow you try out the app without having to set it up for your environment.
