About this app

Pianke is a truly offline Android business card scanning and management tool.

Your business card data requires no account, goes offline to the cloud, doesn't access servers, and requires no subscription—a one-time purchase for lifetime use. The app itself has no internet or CAMERA permissions; scanning is done through Google Play Services' document scanner, and OCR and field parsing are handled on the device. Your business cards remain on your phone.

Suitable for those who frequently exchange business cards and need to organize business cards from Taiwan/China/Japan/Korea/Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam) and in both Chinese and English. Also suitable for business owners, consultants, entrepreneurs, and business professionals who don't want to entrust their client data to cloud services.

Main Features:

・Offline Business Card Scanning: Process physical business cards using a document scanner, automatically detecting edges and correcting perspective. Existing photos can also be imported.

• Multilingual OCR and Field Parsing on Devices
Supports Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean OCR (Malay and Vietnamese are recognized using Latin), and parses names, companies, titles, phone numbers, emails, addresses, websites, and notes using offline rules. Adjustments are made for business card layouts in Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and English; phone numbers are automatically determined as "mobile/landline" based on the country of origin.

• QR-on-card Decoding
Can read contact QR codes on business cards and merge them into the parsing results.

• Column-by-Column Review and Editing
After scanning, columns can be corrected, adding or removing multiple sets of phone numbers, emails, and addresses; the original OCR text can also be edited and re-parsed. During review, text on the business card image can be directly clicked and immediately imported into the corresponding field.

• Duplicate Business Card Merging
When the same person is scanned, they can be merged into an existing business card with one click, automatically removing duplicate phone numbers and emails, and merging tags and notes.

• Bilingual Interface
Switch the app's interface language (Traditional Chinese/English) independently without changing your phone's system language.

• Local Business Card Library
Browse business cards by thumbnail, name, and company. Supports keyword search, company grouping, multi-selection, and deletion. Deleting a business card also removes the local image.

• My Business Card QR
Create your own digital business card QR. The recipient can scan it with any camera and save it as a contact; no Pianke installation is required. Completely locally generated, no account, no cloud.

• Export and Sharing
Export vCard, CSV, add to Android contacts, share business card QRs, or export business card images as PDF/JPEG.

• Backup and Security
Supports JSON backup/restore and encrypted .piankevault local backups. App Lock can use biometrics or device credentials and supports screenshot protection and recently used screen protection.

• Follow-up Reminders
Add meeting notes and local reminder notifications to business cards to help you remember to contact them again.
