Pia runs your shop from your phone. No computer, no server, no annual licence — just the phone already in your pocket. Unlimited users. Unlimited seats. Separate user role restrictions.

PIA - your intelligent PA
Ask in plain language — English, Hinglish or even Hindi. "What's expiring next month?", "Create an order for Mr. Shyam Gupta.", "Alaspan tablet ka product banao. "aaj mujhe Fair pharma se kya kya mangana chahiye?" Pia drafts the answer or the action; you approve before anything is written. Nothing changes in your shop without you saying yes. Pia only acts when you want and when you approve.

BILL IN SECONDS
Search or scan, pick the batch, print. GST-compliant invoices with correct HSN, CGST/SGST/IGST split and rounding. Print to a Bluetooth thermal printer or a Wi-Fi printer.

KNOW YOUR STOCK, BATCH BY BATCH
Every item tracked by batch and expiry, not just by name. See what is expiring before it expires, what is running out before it runs out, and what has been sitting untouched for months. Pack and loose quantities are handled properly — a strip of ten is a strip of ten, and Pia knows when you sold four.

STOP TYPING SUPPLIER BILLS
Photograph the bill. Pia reads it, matches the products to your catalogue, flags the lines where the rate or quantity has changed, and shows you exactly what to check before you accept it. Goods receipt, purchase record and stock update happen together.

APPOINTMENTS
Take appointments if you have an attached clinic and categorize sale by appointments along with analytics. Separate Receptionist & Sales Worker roles let you give only enough access as required.

CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND MONEY
Sales & Customer Analytics. Supplier ledgers and payable. Returns and credit notes that never quietly rewrite a bill you have already given someone. Day close that counts the drawer instead of guessing at it.

YOUR STAFF, YOUR RULES
Give counter staff exactly what they need and nothing more. Every device that reaches your shop's data has to be approved by you first — useful when the phone belongs to the person, not the shop.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your data. Each shop's data sits in its own isolated database, separate from every other shop's. By architecture, there is no possibility of a user you didn't authorize ever taking a look at your data. When you ask us to delete your account, we do — after a 90-day window in which signing in cancels it and puts everything back.

WHAT YOU NEED
An Android or iPhone and a working internet connection. A thermal printer if you want printed bills — Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, most ESC/POS models work. No computer required at any point.
