I can login from a browser, but the app refuses to accept the same credentials, always returning an error code and requesting I call the main number. Unfortunately, no one at that number can provide any help. I sat with the branch manager for almost an hour and neither of us could make it work. There is obviously an error in at least the android version which PFCU is either unable or unwilling to correct. Very frustrating!

They give you the challenge question, but unfortunately the keyboard will not appear when you try to type in the answer!!! Must be the same developers that did the Obamacare website. :-) UPDATE: Years later and this is still a terrible app. Constantly says "an error occurred please call" almost every time I attempt to log in. It's so annoying I'm considering using a different financial institution. **Year or so later, app is still ridiculously terrible. Can't ever get in with correct password**

Terrible app. Had to reset password nearly every attempt to access. Virtual deposit fails almost every time. Upon taking photos of check, it closes the app requiring to sign back in. A number of complaint messages were sent to them and they do not care. Picatinny FCU is so far behind on technology
