They give you the challenge question, but unfortunately the keyboard will not appear when you try to type in the answer!!! Must be the same developers that did the Obamacare website. :-) UPDATE: Years later and this is still a terrible app. Constantly says "an error occurred please call" almost every time I attempt to log in. It's so annoying I'm considering using a different financial institution. **Year or so later, app is still ridiculously terrible. Can't ever get in with correct password**

Once I was able to launch the app via LastPass, I could activate the option to sign in with a fingerprint. Subsequently, I could access all functions of the PFCU app.

Most of the time it does what I need it to do. I'm sure that if I worked in the banking industry and I knew a few more of the terms, it would be easier to navigate.
