It gives you no option to repair your password or anything. I just started up the app again it's been a while. Now I can't even use it It's absolutely useless. IT gives you literally no options it just tells you that your Your phone number is already in use for an account but yeah I don't remember my password. Thanks for just sending me In circles with no way out jerks

This is a terrible app, rarely does it ever find your location or destination. It doesn't notify you right away if, for whatever reason, your trip has been cancelled so you'll be standing outside waiting for forever. I was yelled at today by my cab driver because he said he called me when he arrived (he didn't) I was already waiting outside for him for 10 minutes, he then continued to yell at me because he was waiting at the wrong address. All in all this app and this company operate poorly.

When this app works, it's great. But it signed me out one time, and now I've never been able to sign back in. I cant even make a new account because my phone number is already in use. And theres no reset password/email/phone number option, so I get stuck waiting on hold for a half hour for them to tell me it's another half hour to hour wait
