Day Mate is a voice AI companion designed for older adults who simply want someone kind to talk to. There are no chat bubbles, no scrolling feeds, no flashy animations. It feels like picking up the phone and hearing a familiar voice on the other end.

Eight companions, ready to meet you
Day Mate gently matches a companion to your device language, and you can switch at any time:
- Mary and John (English) — a warm grandmother and grandfather from the countryside
- Youngja (영자) and Youngsu (영수) (Korean) — a kind Korean halmeoni and harabeoji
- Yoshiko (ヨシコ) and Taro (タロウ) (Japanese) — a gentle obaachan and ojiichan
- Carmen and Miguel (Spanish) — a caring abuela and abuelo
- Mary or any other companion is also available for our French-speaking friends

Each persona has their own way of speaking, their own little stories, and their own way of remembering you. Pick the one whose voice feels like home.

Our privacy promise
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- Audio is processed on your device; only short text summaries reach our servers.
- You can delete your entire profile from inside the app — it is gone from our servers immediately.
- Anthropic Claude powers the conversations as a sub-processor, under strict no-training terms.
