PickLM: Pickleball Tournaments

PickLM

About this app

PickLM is the all-in-one pickleball app for club owners, league organizers, tournament directors and players. Run pickleball leagues, tournaments and open play — and let the app handle the draws, the scoring and the standings.

FOR ORGANIZERS
• 32-team championships: pool play into a Round of 16, quarters, semis and the final — rounds advance themselves as scores land
• Flight System Ladder with automatic promotion and relegation, or classic Round Robin
• Pools seeded on rating and spread evenly, with a nudge when ratings change so you can re-seed before play
• Automated court assignment, partner rotation and live standings — no spreadsheets
• Substitution desk: handle drop-outs and drop-ins mid-event without breaking the draw
• Role-based access — co-hosts, scorekeepers and event managers
• Bulk import your roster from Excel or CSV
• Reschedule anytime; every enrolled player is notified instantly
• Waivers collected and tracked before enrolment

PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENTS
• Single elimination, double elimination and round robin pool play
• Auto bracket generation with seeding and cross-pool advancement
• Smart court scheduling — staggered pool blocks maximise court usage

• Awards when it finishes: champion, runner-up, most dominant, iron wall, hot streak
• Podium and full standings, ready to share
