Pickly – Delivery App for Carriers

Pickly is the mobile application designed exclusively for carriers operating within Pickly's last-mile logistics network. With an intuitive interface and features designed to optimize every stage of the delivery process, this app allows you to manage your routes, register pickups, and confirm deliveries quickly, securely, and in real time with the administrator.

Shipment Management
View all your assigned deliveries, organized by origin (warehouse or customer pickup point). Each shipment displays key information such as the sender, the origin address, and the number of packages to be picked up. With a single tap, you can access the complete details of each delivery and its associated packages.

Integrated Navigation with Google Maps
Each warehouse address includes a direct link to Google Maps so you can easily find your way there. Once you've collected all the packages from a pickup location, the app automatically generates your delivery route, using your current location as the starting point and efficiently guiding you to the next destination.

Code Scanning Pickup
At the pickup point, scan the barcode on each package using your phone's camera or enter it manually. The app validates each code against the administrator's system in real time. If the code is correct, the package is automatically marked as Picked Up. If it's incorrect, you'll receive an immediate alert. Once all packages have been collected, you can start your delivery route with a single tap, automatically recording the start date and time.

Successful Delivery Log
Upon arriving at each destination, confirm the delivery directly from the app. You'll need to record the recipient's name and capture two mandatory photos: one of the delivered package and one of the recipient's ID. This ensures complete traceability and provides documentation for both you and the customer.

Failed Delivery Report
If you are unable to complete a delivery, you can mark it as failed from the package details. Enter the reason (recipient absent, incorrect address, etc.) and, optionally, attach a photo as evidence. The system automatically updates the status and notifies the administrator for action.

Delivery History
View a summary of your deliveries for the day or a date range. See the total number of delivered and failed packages, along with details for each record: tracking number, recipient, final status, destination city, and delivery date and time.

Carrier Profile
Access your information registered in the system: name, ID, email, vehicle license plate, type of transport, load capacity, and assigned coverage provinces. This information is managed by the administrator and is displayed in read-only mode.

Real-time notifications
Receive push notifications every time you're assigned a new delivery. Stay informed without having to manually check the app and respond quickly to each new assignment.

Availability and location
Control your availability directly from the app. When you're marked as Available, the administrator can assign you deliveries. Your location is automatically updated when you open the app and when your order status changes, keeping the team informed of your position at all times.

Secure access
Access to the app is available exclusively to active carriers registered in the Pickly system. Your session remains secure until you choose to log out manually. If you forget your password, you can easily reset it using a verification code sent to your registered email address.
