About this app

The Pickup Notification Driver App is an operational tool for supervising teachers and drivers operating academy vehicles.

It automatically sends notifications to guardians at the time of student boarding and alighting, and records the route to assist with the academy's safety management.

■ Sending Student Boarding/Alighting Notifications

You can select students to board via the checkbox on the student card to send notifications in bulk at once, or send notifications immediately using the alighting button for individual students.

KakaoTalk notifications are used first for sending; if a guardian is unable to receive the notification, it is automatically sent via SMS instead.

You can use four types of messages—boarding, alighting, arrival, and walking departure—depending on the situation.

■ Student Search

It supports searching by Korean initial consonants. For example, entering "ㄱㅁㅈ" will search for the student "Kim Min-jun," and you can find students through partial matches even if you enter only a part of the name.

You can quickly locate targets even on routes with a large number of students.

■ Driving GPS Recording

The trip automatically starts the moment the first student boards, and automatically ends when all students have alighted. During operation, the vehicle's location is recorded at 30-second intervals to provide academy administrators with safe route data. GPS recording automatically stops when the trip ends.

■ Background Operation Recording

Background location permissions are used to ensure that GPS recording is not interrupted even if other apps are used or the screen is turned off during the trip.

This function operates only from the moment the trip begins until all students have disembarked, and location data is not collected at other times.

■ Cancel Sending Function

To prevent accidental sending, you can cancel the notification within 3 seconds of sending. You can use the app with peace of mind even if you accidentally press the button.

■ Student Management by Route

Displays a list of students for the assigned route based on the route information set by the academy administrator. This reduces information confusion as supervising teachers can view only the students on the route they are responsible for.

■ Direct Call to Parents

You can call the guardian's contact number directly from the student card, allowing for quick contact in emergency situations.

■ Data Isolation by Academy

Supervising teachers can only view student and route information for the academy they belong to. Data is separated based on Academy IDs to prevent access to data from other academies.

■ Security

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS, and GPS coordinates collected during operation are encrypted and stored using the AES-256 method.

Passwords are one-way encrypted, so even the administrator cannot view the original text.

■ Sign-up and Login

You can sign up directly on the login screen. After signing up as a chaperone, if the administrator of your affiliated academy links your Academy ID, the student list and route information will be displayed.

- Chaperones and drivers operating academy vehicles

- Administrators affiliated with an academy who manage student drop-offs and pick-ups

■ Permissions

- Location (Precise Location, Background Location): Used solely for recording driving routes and automatically stops upon completion of the trip.

- Call: Used to connect calls with student guardians.

- Network: Used for communication with the academy server and sending notifications.
