The app itself is really good, but when you try to cancel an order, it is very cumbersome. It makes you call the store, and when I called, they didn't know how the app worked. They said they "think" they canceled it and to check back in. Not being able to cancel easily and having to deal with DoorDash (delivery is through them) as well was not a good experience.

App is broken and no longer works. I can't order any food as it keeps telling me that I need to log in even though I'm logged in. The EARN screen goes extremely bright as if it's trying to turn my screen into a flashlight. Very damaging to screens and eyes. We can't be loyal to a company that doesn't maintain its loyalty to its customers.

Very misleading on the ordering process, no review of order, just places it and you can't cancel. When you call up to try and cancel order they say they have to call corporate office to cancel and refund. Sad thing is their website offers a better experience the app is not worth it at all
