The app itself is really good, but when you try to cancel an order, it is very cumbersome. It makes you call the store, and when I called, they didn't know how the app worked. They said they "think" they canceled it and to check back in. Not being able to cancel easily and having to deal with DoorDash (delivery is through them) as well was not a good experience.

my first online order. didn't get the steamed dumplings I paid for. asked for extra sauce and caramelization on one of the three entries, nothing marked and all 3 looked the same. to add insult to injury, ordered 3 entries but only got 2 fortune cookies.

oops! failed to load rewards. I have 3 free entrees in compensation for a bad meal. now it won't take the reward at checkout.
