About this app

Pickzo Partner is the business app for retailers, wholesalers and service
providers on the Pickzo platform.

FOR RETAILERS
• Bill walk-in customers at the counter: barcode scanning, item discounts,
cash / UPI / card / cheque / split payments, receipt printing (including
Bluetooth thermal printers) and WhatsApp receipts
• Keep billing even without internet — bills sync automatically when you
are back online
• Khata (customer credit book): record credit given and payments received,
set special prices for regular customers
• Receive and fulfil online orders from Pickzo customers, with delivery by
Pickzo riders or your own staff
• Manage stock: quick edits, audited adjustments (recount / damage /
expiry), batches with expiry dates, barcode labels, bulk CSV updates
• Buy stock from verified wholesalers, on cash or credit, and receive
goods with line-by-line checking
• Shop books and reports: daily cash & till counts, profit & loss,
margins, receivables/payables ageing, stock valuation, and GST report
exports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and more) to share with your accountant
• Quotations, delivery challans, recurring invoices, cheque register,
supplier book, staff logins with roles, and customer reviews

FOR WHOLESALERS
• List products at trade rates with bulk price tiers and time-limited deals
• Confirm and dispatch retailer orders with auto-generated delivery
challans and shareable tax invoices
• Manage credit: set limits and terms, approve requests, record payments,
track receivables and ageing
• Handle returns with credit notes, record purchases and expenses, and
read your own books and GST reports

FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS
• List your services with your own pricing and working-hours schedule
• Accept jobs in real time, navigate to the customer, collect payment,
and track earnings and commission

Pickzo Partner requires a Pickzo partner account (free to create in the
app) and business verification (KYC) before selling. Currently available
for businesses in India.
