complete rip off! i would rate this app with minus stars if I could. I paid the subscription. there s no free trial. you cannot add the weekly credits. they reset every week if you dont use them. for some videos you need to pay 5000 credits, which means I d need to purchase another 90 dirhams worth of credits for just one video creation.

they charge subscription, but it's not a subscription, you just buy credits which apparently are not enough for a basic video generation. I cancelled my subscription and want a refund. they need to advise it's not a subscription, those are credits and need to indicate that credits you purchase are not enough for the feature you want. at the moment it is presented as a one week subscription.

Please cancel and refund my money - it's by mistake. sbscription amount of ₹3,600 that was charged to my account. The payment was made accidentally, as I did not intend to purchase a full-year plan. I was only exploring the platform and was under the impression that I was opting for a short-term or trial-based option. Unfortunately, the annual subscription got activated unintentionally, and the amount was deducted before I could review or cancel it
