I just purchased a year's membership and the video creation content is extremely unsatisfactory. the videos created keeps flashing in and out with my face versus the templates face, and it looks absolutely horrible. and on top of that, when I tried reporting it through the app, it failed to send the report. even the report for reporting bugs has a bug.

Please cancel and refund my money - it's by mistake. sbscription amount of ₹3,600 that was charged to my account. The payment was made accidentally, as I did not intend to purchase a full-year plan. I was only exploring the platform and was under the impression that I was opting for a short-term or trial-based option. Unfortunately, the annual subscription got activated unintentionally, and the amount was deducted before I could review or cancel it

Two stars because they offer free trials. But the results look very unnatural and artificial and some pictures don't look like me at all. The templates are almost the same like all other apps. Also you have to choose a picture with your own hair color and length because the app doesn't change it, it just swaps your face into the template
