I really Love it. PicsArt is a versatile app that's fantastic for photo editing, creating collages, and even designing. Its extensive array of filters, tools, and effects offer creative freedom. However, the interface might feel overwhelming at first due to its vast options. Overall, it's great for both beginners and experienced users looking to enhance their photos or explore their artistic side.

I use it often for edits, but lately it's been crashing like CRAZY. I tried putting together a slide and it crashed 3x, and now I'm trying to use the cut out tool and it will nOt stop crashing! I cleared the cache and restarted it multiple times. It's just not working well anymore :( I have to save my work with every addition I make to it, just to make sure I still have it in case it crashes. I can't even do that with the cut out tool!

It was great until lately. I subscribe monthly but now AI enhance and Background eraser are not working. The two I mostly use, features have a little red - bar on the icons and refuse to work anymore. Oddly the Eraser tool has the little red - bar but still works. What went wrong? Has there been an update and these functions removed? If this isn't fixed I'll be cancelling my subscription. EDIT and addendum. I was kept in the loop about the problem which is resolved to my relief and great joy. TY
