The advertisements in the latest update are horrible. I added a pic on Tango and the only thing posted was a link to your site. The watermark is also wrong. When I save a pic, 2 pics now are saved. Sometimes I can't even select an app to send the pic to- the list of apps freezes. Fix all of these issues with the next update and I'll rate it 5 stars again.

This app WAS the best app ever.the clarity of the photos reduces while saving the edited photo.it worked well on older updates. It does not work properly on the latest update. And another thing is that the watermark. Can we remove watermarks. If so please let me know. And solve the clarity problem i mentioned above.pls.....i want to edit many photos of mine. I really do love editing photos on this app. Its features are really easy to use and makes photo editing simple. However I have been spending the past hour trying to get it to save my photo and it just continually loads with no results. Sign in" and select my email, followed by getting a message saying "Username already exists". Yes, I know. I'm trying to sign in with it. So after plenty more tries, I get sick of it and go to create a new account. Annoyed, I entered a different email address and a new password. Upon doing that, I get another message telling me that the password is incorrect. I try to register several emails, failing every time. I would PLEASE like some help here!!

I liked it a lot before it started watermarking the pics. And it doesn't give an option to upgrade to pro (if they have one)so you can opt out of having it on your pics. I wouldn't made upgrading to pro (for a decent price) if it took the watermark off.

I loved this app. I make all my graphics on Picsart. But with this latest update, there are so many problems. This app NEVER maintained the quality of the pictures and it's not surprising that this is continuing with the latest update as well. But in addition, I can't access my photo gallery from the app, the photos don't load, and I never know when the app crashes!! Please fix it!

Hi Kayaan,sorry to hear that the quality of the image goes down when you edit.Please check to see if the Max image size has been set to the maximum on your device.Go to your Profile, and then Tap on the three-dot button located on the upper right hand corner of the screen.Need more help email us at support@picsart.com.For watermark email us. I liked it a lot before it started watermarking the pics. And it doesn't give an option to upgrade to pro (if they have one)so you can opt out of having it on your pics. I wouldn't made upgrading to pro (for a decent price) if it took the watermark off.

You can easily solve this issue by going to the PicsArt Settings - Max Image Size and clicking on the highest image size ( 6/8 megapixels).For the other issue, please email us at support@picsart.com and describe the issue more detailed. We will be happy to assist you :) I don't mind the ads and watermark, but why TF do I need an account all of a sudden? I don't want to freaking sign up just to edit photos and now I can't do anything because it keeps showing me a stupid sign up screen.

Hey there, PicsArt is a community based app, in order to enjoy the art of other PicsArtists you will need an account, through it you can comment, like, repost and experience the social side of the app. We would like to know your feedback on this, please share it at support@picsart.com we are all ears! This used to be my favorite photo editing app but with the most recent updates I just don't want to use the app anymore. Full-size pop-up ads every other edit, watermark on every photo...no thanks. I am uninstalling.... so very disappointing.

Hey Rizka, thanks a lot for the review. Please try the following: open the Settings in your device_Apps_PicsArt_Force stop/Clear data_restart the device_open the app again. If you still facing the same issue, please contact us at support@picsart.com! I used to love this app and I've just updated it and now it is just awful. Not very user friendly anymore and it's confusing. This is why I usually don't update apps on my phones because these "updates" are more like downgrades.

Hey Amin, if there is any issue fixed after uninstalling/reinstalling it means that it will also be fixed after updating the app and that is why we always encourage our users to keep up with the latest updates. Now there is a picsart logo on my photos and there is NO WAY to pay and get rid of it! I have several instagram accounts, and having a name that doesn't match is really sketchy-looking. Also, old version was WAY better. It didn't force you to create a "feed" which is really annoying. WHY do I need to join the social group?! I don't care about what others are doing with picsart! It had more fonts (several free ones were removed) and doesn't cache favourite fonts or text. If I could revert to the old one, I would.

You can do that with the following steps: open the app_go to your profile_tap on the three-dot button in the upper-right corner of the screen_tap on Settings_scroll down until you find Enable Watermark_remove the check-mark. For questions, contact us at support@picsart.com :) Nice app but i have a complain. While editing in picsart the image remains the same but after saving it compresses. The quality of the print of the picture decreases drastically. What is the benefit of a good edited picture if the quality decreases. I request you to please release a new update with saving the picture with the original quality.

I thought registering with Facebook would solve the problem, but I keep getting "something went wrong" error. Uninstalled.

You lose pictures randomly and in upload. I paid for ad removal and I still have ads. I cannot access all the stickers I paid for. I'm not the only one who has these issues.

Hi Amber. Sadly, we are facing technical difficulties with our servers but our team is working on fixing it as soon as possible. This app is the one I've been searching for. It has so many features and options, plus it's easy to use. I have tried many others & haven't found another app that offers so many options. It is now the photo editor I go to every time.
I love this app very very very much but I just have one problem as I think when I use option "magic" it spread more colours on the face also I think u all add something to decrease or increase this process by ourselves....... otherwise it is fabulous

Hi Akhil, thanks for your feedback. All you have to do is change the image quality size and it's located in the PicsArt Settings - Max image size and pick the high res. option (6/8 megapixels). Have you found it? If no, contact our team at support@picsart.com and they will provide a detailed step by step instruction. I LOVED LOVED LOVED this app. I bought it years ago and use it for EVERYTHING. I bought it to prevent the ads. Now all of a sudden, I have ads showing up. I will uninstall this app and buy another one if the ads don't stop. Any suggestions?

Hi Robina, don't worry! You’re able to save pictures without worrying about the sharing issue all you have to do is tap on the "Save Private" option where it'll share to your Profile but only you will be able to see it while they're saved in your Gallery. Contact us at support@picsart.com for more info! This was my favorite app until the watermark. Why??? It messes up the entire image. How can I remove the watermark permanently?

Creating an account will give you the ability to sync your photos, settings and stickers to a single account, so they will be always with you even if you change the device! Also you will have an opportunity to comment and share other users' photos. For more information, please contact us at support@picsart.com.
