I've used Piing for dry cleaning curtains, including pick up, delivery and installation. Their communication is abysmal and the quality of the service not great in my experience. I would not recommend it. Pick up was late. No notification of any sort. Delivery day and time was changed last minute without consulting me for availability. Delivery was pushed back 2 times by them, every time without any notification, I had to contact them and ask why it was not there. Final delivery was late.

They lost one of the items from my very first order, but it was found and delivered a week later. The app is not very easy to use, even registering as a new customer required going to the website, because the app would not take the registration process further after I entered my details. They claim to pick up the garments within 60 minutes, but in reality it takes a few hours. Then they claim to get them dry cleaned within 3 days, but the app only gives an option to return them within a week.

I've been using Piing for a couple of years. As a consumer, I am willing to overlook minor glitches, I understand the volume and massive orders. However, a recent experience has forced me to write this review. I was grossly overcharged for items I sent for ironing. Once I wrote to them and has given photos as evidence, I was completely ghosted. There are no replies to my emails and when I used WhatsApp as an alternative to reach out to them, I was ghosted as well. Avoid Piing at all costs.
