Bought two PettiChats: one is defective and won't connect to Wi-Fi at all. The other connected, but I'm deeply disappointed. It failed to translate sample sounds correctly. When I put it on my vocal cat during feeding, the translations completely missed the mark. Plus, letting users manually select translations defeats the AI's purpose. To top it off, the human-to-cat translation feature is completely non-existent. One brick, one questionable device. I feel scammed.

I was part of the Kickstarter so I helped to finance. I just got my device and I must say it's not good!! in low power mode It says the device should last 24 hours. but it requires you to touch the button on the device to wake it up It doesn't wake up by itself. next thing you know about 6 hours later the battery is dead. I can't even get through the learning period it's only at 4% of the learning period so far. it's ridiculous. accuracy is not good either

I bought the device, the app needs to fix the bugs, can't do the first step uploading my pet picture and info. 2nd step won't work until first step is updated. please fix the app!!! or the device will never work!
