Very responsive! I had to find a new luggage transport the day before I started walking. They responded, wrote up my itinerary, sent the label (folding page), my hotel printed it and I was off walking. It's been almost 2 weeks of flawless service. They even send daily notices re actual pick up time and delivery. Peace of mind, thank you!

Great and accurate service with some room for improvement. I had to contact the administration over email in order to sort out 2-3 minor issues, and I do appreciate the responsiveness and the timely reaction. The 5 stars will be soon well deserved.
