Very responsive! I had to find a new luggage transport the day before I started walking. They responded, wrote up my itinerary, sent the label (folding page), my hotel printed it and I was off walking. It's been almost 2 weeks of flawless service. They even send daily notices re actual pick up time and delivery. Peace of mind, thank you!

Highly recommend Pilbeo to anyone who likes to have their plans made in advance, keep track of luggage during the day and don't mind spending an extra euro or two for it. I will definitely use again!

Great service! Worked well for us right thru our Camino..... Only suggestion is that you give a more accurate pickup time - many days our bags were not collected until hours after we brought them down to reception. Wouldn't make a difference to many, but we were having a relaxed time and would have liked to get up later a few days where possible.
