Great service! Worked well for us right thru our Camino..... Only suggestion is that you give a more accurate pickup time - many days our bags were not collected until hours after we brought them down to reception. Wouldn't make a difference to many, but we were having a relaxed time and would have liked to get up later a few days where possible.

Loved using the Pilbeo services, easy quick and great stress free way to do the Camino. My friend even left her earbuds at a hotel, and they picked it up and dropped it off, along with the suitcases at our next stop. They were professional and went above and beyond, assisted with a last-minute request as well. I'd use them again for sure on my next camino trail 🙏

Very responsive! I had to find a new luggage transport the day before I started walking. They responded, wrote up my itinerary, sent the label (folding page), my hotel printed it and I was off walking. It's been almost 2 weeks of flawless service. They even send daily notices re actual pick up time and delivery. Peace of mind, thank you!
