About this app

mycondolink has been helping residential communities manage their buildings more
efficiently since 1996. This app gives property managers, condo boards, and
building staff a quick way to explore our services and get in touch with our team.

The app covers four main areas — a home screen with an overview of what we do,
an about section with our company background, a detailed look at our Aquarius
condo management software, and a contact page where you can reach us directly.

Aquarius is our flagship software, built specifically for condominiums and HOAs.
It handles visitor parking, amenity bookings, package tracking, incident
reporting, maintenance requests, guard logs, and more — all in one secure,
cloud-based platform. If you're a property manager tired of paper logs and
scattered spreadsheets, Aquarius was built for exactly that problem.

We also offer IT services and security system installations including CCTV,
access control, and fire systems for residential buildings.
