We ceased using it once Pimalink demaned payment in addition to the payment to the security company. Coincidentally, frequent false alarmes ceased. February 2025. It is now a year and a half after we disconnected from the Pima online service. Since then during the entire period only one false alarm. It means that Pima app probably generates false alarms. August 2026

Very frustrating App to use and very buggy. It takes multiple attempts to connect to the system and will usually tell you that the system is either busy or not connected to the cloud (even if it is). Instead of making my life easier, it has added to the frustrations. Not recommended.

Good app, works pretty well. Using it for a month with MWA500 I'm quite satisfied with it. You have to give it a little bit of time accessing the cloud to get information, otherwise you can get locked out from the keyboard for a white. When you understand how to treat patiently it does everything smoothly. Much easier to acces all the functions of the alarm system compared to the keyboard. I had few questions when setting it up, PIMA tech support were really nice and helpful.
