Every time the app gets updates, I have to go clear to AJ to have them fix it for me, because half the time it tells me an error occurred signing in. I had it set up using biometrics before, but now nothing works. Been with the Credit union for over 25 yrs, time to swich to USAA or Navy Federal CU, maybe? Nah, I'll just keep going in every time they do this. An inconvenience? Yes, but they've always been good otherwise.

I've had my issues..but be patient .n the ladies in branch always help me find the solution...I however can't have up dates on app every week ...... now that's frustrating...just fix whatever n when I log back in everything should up date ..I don't want to go back to app .over n over because I'm not getting a secure connection..and wifi problems...??
