Rollset is a pipe fitter calculator for the shop and the field. Pipe offsets, rolling offsets, cut lengths, miters and fishmouths, worked out in feet, inches and sixteenths or plain millimeters, with the math shown for every answer so you can check it before you cut.
OFFSETS
• Simple offsets at any angle, from a fixed run or a fixed travel
• Rolling offsets from the roll and the set
• Equal-spread offsets for parallel lines, with the cutback for each line
• A labeled drawing and the working behind every answer
CUT LENGTHS AND FITTINGS
• Cut length between fittings from published takeouts, with the root gap per weld
• Cut any angle from a 90° elbow, with heel and throat marks
• Spool builder: chain fittings and lengths into a cut list with total pipe and welds
• Two-holing a flange on a rolled spool
• Pipe weight, and a fraction, decimal and mm converter
