Stopped working...can not login The app used to work great. I was able to see past test results, etc. I can no longer login. When I go to the web login, it wants me to verify my cell but when I attempt to send the text, it says "could not request verification". The store has tried to help but have had no luck. There is no corporate customer service numbers. This has been an ongoing issue for 6 months to a year.

Decent. You should be giving the option to interactual values as opposed to using a slider which has gaps in numbers. For example, total hardness is only selectable via 25 increments.

Works ok, gives results but does not show what action should be taken. (e.g. add x amount of chlorine or muriatic acid). need to use paper copy
