Giving one star rating as there is no option to provide zero or minus star. This one has to be worst app I have ever used. I ordered groceries three times from this app and to my dismay all three orders got cancelled without giving any specific reason. All three times shopkeepers called and said they could not deliver the products due to location is far away from their respective shops. You raise a ticket and this will not help you at all.👎👎👎

It was good earlier but nowadays stores refuse to deliver items saying that "your area is out of our delivery range". Many stores, from where I used to order in this app earlier, are showing as "Not Accepting Orders" for last a week or two. I texted them to know the reason but no response from their end. It seems like there's no way I can order from this site and expect a delivery now. Hope those store come back alive soon.

Shittiest app ever! Placed an order 4 days back and the seller refused to deliver the fruits order but pincode isn't letting me cancel the order nor they are responding to any tickets. I wish they had a one to one customer support. Now, the seller is refusing to cancel the order and these guys are waiting for the seller to reach them out. No idea why Don't they reach out to the seller themselves. Just cancel my order and refund the money. Will never use this app ever again
