PineBoard helps PTO and PTA boards run school events without the group texts, spreadsheets, and paper signup sheets.

Create an event and everything for it lives together: the tasks, the volunteers, the shopping list, and the budget. Everyone on the board sees the same plan and knows exactly what's theirs.

PRICING
Every organization starts with a free 60-day trial of everything, with no payment details needed. After the trial, an organization subscription is required to keep adding and changing plans. Your board can always view and export what's already there, and volunteers never pay.

What’s new

New: a notification center (tap the bell on Home), multi-day events, links to shared documents on events and the Org tab, using another signup tool for an event, co-leads, your board's own titles, and a Fundraiser calendar type. Org → Me (formerly My Settings) now has Reset password, Sign out, and Delete my account. Faster and lighter, with sign-ins kept on this device only.
