Items purchased from domestic e-commerce platforms are first shipped to Pinecone's domestic warehouse, where we inspect, consolidate, repackage, and ship them across borders to your address in the United States.

【How to Use】
· Register to receive a personalized domestic warehouse address.

· When placing an order on a domestic e-commerce platform, enter your Pinecone warehouse address as the shipping address.

· After the package arrives at the warehouse, claim it within the app, select the consolidation method and service type, and submit the forwarding order.

· After submission, wait for shipment and track the tracking status throughout the process within the app.

· Express: Prioritizes flight and customs clearance, suitable for urgent shipments, seasonal goods, and time-sensitive purchases.
