I had no issues until the past month. It started with almost finishing a survey and getting booted out. First time, I submitted a contact form about that particular survey. I got a response and they credited the points. It happened again, I sent a contact, asking if there were technical problems or was it on my end. No response. I cannot get past the screen that says "Redirecting you to the survey...". Now I get an error message when trying to submit contact form. Also, can't redeem points.

The mobile app will not let they surveys load. Im have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it dies the same thing. I have a follow up survey for a product that disappeared because it wouldn't load. I have tried online also and the same thing happens. I have cleared the cache and everything and the issue is still happening.

They took away all of my earnings including put me in the negative for using earned points for no explained reason. I earned the points I redeemed and they took them away into negative after I redeemed. I reached out twice to ask why and I never got a response. The few surveys I can actually complete without getting the sorry you don't qualify message as soon as I open it, isn't worth it.
