I had no issues until the past month. It started with almost finishing a survey and getting booted out. First time, I submitted a contact form about that particular survey. I got a response and they credited the points. It happened again, I sent a contact, asking if there were technical problems or was it on my end. No response. I cannot get past the screen that says "Redirecting you to the survey...". Now I get an error message when trying to submit contact form. Also, can't redeem points.

this used to be a very good place to get surveys as they only sent you ones you had already matched to. now sometimes you'll get asked absolutely every question taking every minute it was supposed to and then say you don't qualify. also, you CANNOT get ahold of support anymore as the page just loads and never gets to where you can input information. it's incredibly disappointing. I can't report the few that didn't pay out. very frustrating. they also stopped paying out to PayPal. but no ads.

The mobile app will not let they surveys load. Im have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it dies the same thing. I have a follow up survey for a product that disappeared because it wouldn't load. I have tried online also and the same thing happens. I have cleared the cache and everything and the issue is still happening.
