About this app

HopTrace is a traceroute and ping tool for Android. Trace the network path between your device and any host, see every hop along the way, and watch latency on a live ping graph.

Traceroute
• Trace the path to any hostname or IP address, IPv4 or IPv6
• Each hop shows its IP address, hostname (resolved in the background) and response time, plus the destination's round-trip time
• Tap a hop to copy its IP address or hostname, or ping it straight away

Live ping graph
Monitor latency to any host with a live chart, an average line and markers for timeouts, so packet loss and latency spikes stand out.

History
Traces and ping sessions are saved automatically. Trace a host again from history with one tap, or swipe to delete.

Material 3 design in light and dark. In landscape, Trace and Ping use a two-pane layout, and traces keep running through screen rotation.
