PINGPAD Intercom service is designed for business such as lodging business, business office and living communities such as apartment, condominium, townhome, mobile home park, etc. to provide visitor and internal call service to members. More than an Intercom, PINGPAD comes complete with features that enable management to manage various services to user community such as security management, emergency channel along with many personal convenient services.
To launch PINGPAD Intercom service, a business is required to register a PINGPAD service account with SQUAREPING, creates Intercom extensions and assigns extensions to users who are target member of a business, e.g. lodging guests, residents of living community or office workers of a business.
Member then downloads and installs PINGPAD app on own device and uses the app to claim the assigned extension to activate it.
